These terms govern your use of 3 Leg Parlay ("the Service") at 3legparlay.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Short version: it's a sports analytics tool for entertainment; don't bet money you can't afford to lose; we're not financial advisors.

What the Service is

3 Leg Parlay is a transparent, model-driven MLB picks and projections platform. We provide home run probability rankings, pitcher prop projections (strikeouts, earned runs, hits), total bases forecasts, and first-inning run/no-run predictions. Every projection comes from a 12-factor model using public data sources (MLB Stats API, Baseball Savant, Fangraphs, Open-Meteo). You can adjust the model weights yourself.

Not financial or betting advice

The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Projections are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results. Any bets you place are entirely at your own risk. We are not licensed financial advisors, sports handicappers, or gambling operators. Always bet responsibly and within your means. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (21+ where required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By signing up you confirm you meet that age requirement.

Subscriptions, trials, and refunds

The Service offers a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
If you don't cancel before day 7, your subscription auto-renews at the plan price you selected.
You can cancel anytime via your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation prevents future charges.
We don't generally offer refunds for past billing periods, but we'll review reasonable requests case-by-case. Email us.
Founder pricing ($49/yr first year) renews at standard pricing ($69/yr) after year one unless cancelled.
Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; existing subscribers keep their locked-in rate until renewal.

Acceptable use

The Service and its projections are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to: access the Service or its APIs by any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or scripts); systematically extract, copy, cache, or store the projections or any data; resell, republish, redistribute, or display our projections or data anywhere else, whether free or paid; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the model, its weights, or the source code; circumvent any access control, rate limit, or paywall; share your account with others; or use the Service for any illegal purpose. These restrictions apply to the free tier as well as paid features. We may rate-limit, block, suspend, or terminate access — and pursue all available legal remedies — for any violation.

Our intellectual property

The 3 Leg Parlay name, logo, models, projections, factor methodology, source code, written analysis, videos, graphics, and the design and arrangement of the Service are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. The projections are our proprietary output — you may use them to inform your own decisions, but you receive no right to reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from them, or from any other part of the Service. All rights reserved.

Your content

If you log bets, save weight profiles, or otherwise generate content on the Service, you retain ownership. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content as needed to operate the Service.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Data feeds from third parties (MLB API, Statcast, Fangraphs) occasionally fail; when they do, projections may be delayed or incomplete. We don't owe refunds for short outages.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including, explicitly, any losses from bets you place based on the Service's projections.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
