3 Leg Parlay ("we", "us") provides a daily MLB picks and projections service at 3legparlay.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don't do with your data. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run an account and a subscription, and we don't sell your info.

What we collect

Email + password — to create your account (via Supabase Auth). Passwords are hashed; we never see them in plaintext.
Google account profile — if you sign in with Google, we receive your email + name + profile picture URL.
Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see card numbers; Stripe sends us a customer ID and subscription status.
Attribution data — UTM parameters from the URL you arrived from (e.g., utm_source=twitter), plus the HTTP referrer. Used to understand which marketing channels work.
Usage data — which pages you visit, how often you log in, basic device + browser info via standard server logs.
Bets you log — if you use the bet tracker, your logged bets are stored on your account for ROI tracking.

What we use it for

Running your account (login, password reset, billing).
Sending product emails (digests, recovery, day-30 surveys). Unsubscribe by replying or via your account page.
Understanding which marketing channels work (aggregate signup attribution).
Improving the model + product based on which features get used.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.
We don't share your email with sponsors, advertisers, or third parties for marketing.
We don't run ads or third-party tracking pixels.
We don't store your payment card numbers. Stripe handles all of that.

Third-party services we use

Supabase — database + auth (US-based, SOC 2 compliant).
Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Railway — hosting.
MLB Stats API + Baseball Savant + Fangraphs + Open-Meteo — public data sources for the model. They don't receive any user info.

Data retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email jacobburkemper9@gmail.com and we'll process the deletion within 7 days. Stripe records may be retained per tax/legal requirements but contain no personal data beyond your customer ID.

Your rights

You can export your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing us. We don't require account verification beyond email — if you can sign in, you can request changes.

Children

Sports betting tools aren't for minors. The service is intended for users 18+ (21+ where required by jurisdiction). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For account-impacting changes (e.g., new third-party processors), we'll also email you.
